Shipping
What are the shipping times?
Delivery times range from 4 to 7 business days.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order directly from your user dashboard. Within 2 business days from your purchase, you will receive an email with a link to the dashboard, where you can follow the shipping status.

Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free for orders over 99 €. For orders below 99 €, the shipping cost is 6.90 €.
Which couriers do you use for deliveries?
We rely on the main couriers: GLS, UPS, DHL, and Bartolini (BRT).
What happens if I am not at home when the delivery is attempted?
UPS: If UPS cannot deliver, it will try again the next business day for a maximum of three attempts. In some areas, if the first attempt is unsuccessful, UPS will take the package to an Access Point near your address.
DHL, GLS, and Bartolini (BRT): If the courier cannot deliver, they will attempt delivery the next business day. A notice will be left with instructions on how to contact the courier.
Can you ship to islands as well?
Yes, we also ship to islands, such as Sardinia and Sicily..
Can you ship to Switzerland?
Yes, shipping to Switzerland is possible. Customs duties may be required upon receipt.
What are the shipping days?
Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and weekends.
The main public holidays in Italy are: January 1, January 6, Easter and Easter Monday, April 25, May 1, August 15, November 1, December 8, December 25, and December 26.
What should I do if I experience delays or problems with my shipment?

Can I choose a pickup point for delivery?
Yes, you can select a pickup point as an alternative to home delivery. At the time of purchase, you will enter an address, and the system will automatically select the nearest pickup point.
How many pickup points are available?
There are over 5,000 pickup points, including tobacconists and other partner locations.
Do I need to provide any documents when using a pickup point?
At the time of pickup, you just need to provide your order number to collect your package.
Do shipping times change if I choose a pickup point?
Delivery to a pickup point may take up to 2 additional business days compared to home delivery.
Returns
How long do I have to return a package?
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return a product.
Is the return free of charge?
Yes, returns are always free, with all shipping costs covered by us.
How can I make a return?
- To start the return process, follow these steps:
- Request the return by clicking here and choose the nearest drop-off point (tobacco shops, post offices, newsstands, lockers, etc.). The map will automatically find the most convenient location for you.
- After your request, you will receive an email asking you to upload photos or videos documenting any issues with the product.
- Once the return is approved, you will receive a label to print and attach to the package.
- Prepare the items in their original packaging, using the original shipping box or suitable packaging.
- Take the package to the selected drop-off point, bringing with you the return code and the order confirmation.
Which products cannot be returned?
Products in the Beauty category (such as makeup, creams, perfumes) cannot be returned if opened, due to legal reasons.
Specifically, under Article 59, paragraph 1, letter i) of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, No. 206 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to “sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been opened after delivery.”
What are the valid reasons for a return?
We accept returns in the following cases:
- Damaged product packaging
- Product not matching the description
- Defective or wrong product
How will the refund be processed?
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the product and will be made using the original payment method:
- PayPal → refunded directly to your PayPal account
- Credit/debit card → credited to the card used
- Google Pay / Apple Pay → refunded to the card linked to your digital wallet
- Klarna → refunded through your Klarna account
- Cash payments → refunded by bank transfer
- Cryptocurrency payments → you will receive the equivalent value in the original cryptocurrency
(Example: if you paid €100 in BTC equivalent to 0.004 BTC, and at the time of return €100 equals 0.006 BTC, you will receive 0.006 BTC).

What payment methods do you accept?

Yes, all payments are protected with advanced security systems and SSL encryption, ensuring maximum protection of your data..
How can I pay with cryptocurrency?
At checkout, you will find two options: LunuPay or BtcPayServer.
Payment with LunuPay
With LunuPay you can pay by choosing from several supported cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Ethereum, TON, Ripple, Tron, Polygon, and more.
Procedure:
- After selecting LunuPay, the payment screen will open.
- You will be shown different options: you can start from your wallet or choose “Other wallet”.
- We recommend clicking “Other wallet”, then Next, and selecting your preferred cryptocurrency.
- You will have 5 minutes to complete the payment. If the time expires, you will simply need to repeat the operation.
Payment with BtcPayServer
With BtcPayServer you can pay exclusively in Bitcoin, either on-chain or via the Bitcoin Lightning Network.
Procedure:
- You will be shown the Lightning address (or traditional BTC address) to send the funds to.
- You will have 90 minutes to complete the payment.
- Once the transaction is completed, you will automatically receive confirmation.
How can I pay in cash?
After confirming your order by clicking “Pay now”:
- Download the PDF with the QR code [by clicking here] and show it to the merchant.
- Go to a Mooney store.
- Show the QR code to the operator and request an instant bank transfer.
- The transaction fee is €6.90.
- The maximum amount allowed in cash is €999 (including the fee).
If your order exceeds this amount, you can:
- Split it into multiple payments on different days, or
- Divide it between multiple people on the same day (for example, a shared gift purchase).

Can I get support for payments?

Are there purchase limits for the various payment methods?
Cash payments: maximum €999 per transaction (including fee). If your order exceeds this amount:
Split it into multiple payments on different days, or divide it between multiple people on the same day (for example, a shared gift purchase).
Cryptocurrency payments:
LunuPay: up to €4,999 without KYC. Above €4,999 requires KYC verification.
BtcPayServer: maximum €999 per transaction without KYC, not exceedable.
General questions
How can I use a discount code?
Once you reach the checkout page, before completing your payment, you will find a dedicated section where you can enter your discount code. After entering it, click on “Apply” and the discount will be automatically calculated on your order total.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can request modifications or cancellations as long as the order has not yet been processed. In this case, please contact our support team at: support@taomark.com.
Is shopping on TaoMark safe?
Absolutely. TaoMark S.R.L. is a legally registered and regulated Italian company (VAT IT 17927511000, Via Circonvallazione Clodia 163/167).
