You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return a product.

Yes. Returns are always free of charge, and all return shipping costs are covered by us.

To start the return process:

1. Request your return by clicking here and choose the nearest drop-off point (tobacco shops, post offices, newsstands, lockers, etc.). The map will automatically show the most convenient location.
2. After submitting your request, you will receive an email asking you to upload photos or videos documenting any issues with the product.
3. Once the return has been approved, you will receive a return label to print and attach to the package.
4. Place the items in their original packaging, using the original shipping box or another suitable package.
5. Take the parcel to the selected drop-off point together with your return code and order confirmation.

We accept returns in the following cases:

• Damaged product packaging
• Product not matching the description
• Defective or incorrect product

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned product and will be issued using the original payment method.

• PayPal: refunded directly to your PayPal account.
• Credit/Debit Card: refunded to the original card used for payment.
• Google Pay / Apple Pay: refunded to the card linked to your digital wallet.
• Cryptocurrency: you will receive the equivalent value in the same cryptocurrency originally used for the payment.

Example: If you paid €100 in Bitcoin (0.004 BTC) and, at the time of the refund, €100 is worth 0.006 BTC, you will receive 0.006 BTC.
