CloudValley Webcam Cover, 0.6mm

The CloudValley Webcam Cover Slider provides simple, physical privacy protection for the front-facing camera on compatible laptops, tablets, and smartphones. Its manual sliding mechanism lets you cover the camera when it is not in use and uncover it instantly for video calls, helping prevent unwanted visual access through the lens. With an ultra-thin profile of approximately 0.6 mm, the cover is designed to remain discreet and avoid interfering with the lid closing on many compatible laptops. Installation is straightforward using the pre-installed 3M adhesive: align the slider with the camera, attach it, and press firmly to secure it. Its minimalist black finish suits both personal and professional devices, including compatible MacBook, HP, Dell, Lenovo, ASUS, Acer, Microsoft Surface, iPad, and Android devices. The cover does not require software or power and allows normal camera use when open. Before installation, check the camera position, available surface area, and device clearance to ensure a proper fit. This accessory physically covers the camera lens but does not disable microphones or prevent audio recording.
